You agree to use TotalChat in compliance with applicable laws and our acceptable use policies. You are responsible for your account and content.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Content

AI outputs may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, or financial decisions without independent verification.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel anytime from the account menu.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
